Atlantic City Hotels Question?
Hi. I go to AC often and someone offered me a room in Atlantic City because I mentioned i wanted to stay there. He told me that he gets comped rooms because he plays there a lot and one of the casinos gives him comped rooms. He offered to sell me the room for about $85 whereas it would cost around $150 if I book the room online.
My question is, is this allowed? I don’t mind getting a room for less than $65 but i would like to know if that person who gets a comped room can actually sell the room to someone like me.

I don’t think there would be a problem. My MIL has booked rooms for me and my husband in her name. If anything were to happen you wouldn’t get penalized, your contact would. But how do you plan on checking in if the room is booked in his name? Will he check in and then give you the key later on? Every time I’ve gone to a hotel in AC I’ve been asked to show my ID.
