Are Condo/Hotels a good investment?
What are the drawbacks? Technically I am looking for a 1 hotel room in front of the beach North of Daytona, FL. It would be an investment … and I would maybe go there once a month (as I live in Orlando, FL)
I wouldn’t count on it making you lots of money.
As a pure investment, it’s probably not good.
But, if you enjoy the area and use it, and some or all of your payments are being paid by renters, maybe it could make sense?
