How much would this field trip cost?
I really need your guys help.
My freshman class wants to go on a trip by the end of this school year.We want to stay in the L.A. area for about 3 days and visit disneyland and a college campus tour. But we’re not sure how much it’s going to cost. Can someone please roughly do the calculations for the following factors?
*30 students.
*two nights,three days in an average hotel, about 4 or 5 kids per room.
*round trip buses from fremont, CA. to las angeles, CA.
*one day pass to disneyland for all students.
*one day tour on a college campus.

4 people to a room at the Best Western Park place Inn for two nights $75.00 p.p. Disney tickets $72.00 p.p. Bus charter prices vary a lot. I would guess about another 50 bucks p.p. at least. You will also need transportation to and from the Park and for meals. That will push up your costs for transportation. Have fun!
